Reynolds School District is seeking a highly-visible, supportive leader who values collaboration to assist in leading an Elementary School team.  As an assistant principal, you will work with a school team who has been deeply invested in their school and community.  Bring your knowledge of Multi-tiered Systems of Support (MTSS); Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS); Restorative Practices; Special Education processes and procedures; trauma informed practices; best practices around social emotional learning as well as your knowledge of K-5 curriculum and instruction.  Be open to continue the work with teachers analyzing data to inform instruction, leading the RTI process as part of the shared leadership model, and using the strengths of staff to advance student achievemen
