Career Center

A High School University Advisor’s primary responsibility is advising, monitoring and guiding 30-40 students (and their parent/guardian(s))  through the post-ASL planning process from halfway through junior year until post-graduation.  In addition, the University Advisor assists the university advising team in presenting the many facets of post-ASL planning throughout the high school, from presentations to field trips, from individual meetings to workshops. The University Advisor is part of the Office of Student Advising team, all of whom are charged with advising students from their transition into high school through post-secondary planning. This is a 4/5 position; the remaining 1/5 will entail classroom tea
