You will lead our Schools, Talent, and Racial Equity grantmaking team, managing a $5-7M annual investment strategy that includes funding an additional 5,000 high-quality seats in the next three years, across a portfolio of 79 schools. As one of six leadership team members, you will help set the culture and tone of the organization. You will be responsible for championing the organization’s most substantial body of work and leading the biggest team. You and your team will support senior executive leaders and entrepreneurs, providing strategic management assistance on thorny issues.
