You will lead our Schools, Talent, and Racial Equity grantmaking team, managing a $5-7M annual investment strategy that includes funding an additional 5,000 high-quality seats in the next three years, across a portfolio of 79 schools. As one of six leadership team members, you will help set the culture and tone of the organization.
