The Director, Learning and Development will play an integral part in developing and executing the enterprise-wide goals of Learning and Development and aligning employee goals and performance with that of the organization. The Director of L&D will also be responsible for learning and development within Vivent Health, identifying skill gaps among employees and teams, and develop and deliver training to bridge those gaps.
