The Chief Diversity Officer is a part of the Administrative Team of Pastors and School Administration that works with the lay leadership, volunteers, faculty, staff, and administration to sustain and grow THE CHAPEL SCHOOL’S programs, practices, and learning community that support the ongoing development of a diverse, equitable and inclusive school community for students, employees, and families. B. As a member of administration, Chief Diversity Officer shall support student equity programming, and assessments of culture/climate.
