The Midland Public Schools is seeking a superintendent beginning on July 1, 2024, with a base salary range expected to be $225,000 to $250,000, with a merit incentive up to 20% of base salary; other benefits to be negotiated (based on qualifications and experience). It is the Board’s preference that the superintendent live within the district boundaries.
