GENERAL PURPOSE This position is that of an instructional leader responsible for supporting the educational program, mission, vision and goals of the district with specific responsibilities to direct and monitor the implementation of processes related to teaching and learning in middle and K-8 schools and programs.  Supports principals and department leaders through the evaluation of results and implementation of improvement cycles resulting in high levels of student engagement and academic achievement.
