Responsibilities: -Assist with the supervision and evaluation of professional and support staff in conjunction with the Middle School principal. -Conduct formal and informal observation of staff and provide meaningful feedback to support professional growth. -Assist the Principal in development of overall program for curriculum development and implementation by working closely with the Director of Teaching and Learning. -Support the construction of the master schedule, resolving staff and student scheduling conflicts, advise counselors with scheduling adjustments. -Assist the counselors with overall school Child Study Team by working with school counselors, social workers, and school psychologist. -Assist in student supervision throughout the building. Assist with school discipline programs as necessary and work with stafff, especially guidance and parents. -Support efforts in fostering regular attendance of students. -Perform other administrative tasks such as: collaborate with Principal for a variety of school community needs, development of standardized testing schedule and organizational structure, develop and update student handbook, access grade reporting system and learning management system, etc. -Attend extra-curricular activities through a coordinated effort with the Principal. -Serve as a member of the Child Study and Student Assistance Program (SAP) teams. -Assist and represent the Principal and school at professional meetings and serve on committees as required by the Principal. -Assist the Athletic Director with needs as appropriate. -Assume other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Principal and/or District Superintendent.

Certification/License: -Valid Pennsylvania Administrative I or II Principal's Certification -Motor Vehicle Operator's License or ability to provide own transportation.
Education -Masters Degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in School Administration or other related educational discipline.
