Black Educators Teaching Fellows Program The Black Educators Teaching Fellows Program is an initiative to attract recent Black college graduates enthusiastic about educating and empowering the next generation. Fellows in this program will undertake a three-year teaching commitment at Nazareth Prep High School in Pittsburgh, PA, where they will mentor and provide rigorous academic instruction to high school students. Throughout this period, they will also pursue a fully funded master’s degree in education, supporting their professional development and dedication to educational excellence.
