Under the direction of the Superintendent the Executive Director, Office of Equity oversees the implementation of the District's Equity Plan and the strategies that serve to increase educational equity across all PPS schools. The Executive Director, Office of Equity is relentless in the pursuit of equity and excellence as it pertains to student achievement. This individual helps shape the district's reform work through a lens of equity aimed at supporting the district's goals of accelerating student achievement and eliminating racial disparities.
