This high school Humanities instructor is intended to work between two departments: English and Social Studies. As such, the position will ultimately provide a bridge between them, helping to better align the skills curricula of the two. At present, and depending on one’s background, the instructor will be responsible for teaching four sections of English with no more than two total preparations; the four sections may include AP English Language and Composition, AP English Literature and Composition and/or 10th grade English.
